Meet the people around you
How Zenlit works
Discover the people around you, share a little of your day and start with a hello.
Open Zenlit in your browser
Visit app.zenlit.in to get started. Zenlit is for people aged 18 and over in India. Use your own identity and real date of birth, and review the Terms and Community Guidelines.
Choose when you’re visible on Radar
With location permission and visibility on, Radar shows eligible, visible members within about 2 km while Zenlit is open. It shows nearby people, rather than a map of their positions.
To pause your visibility, open the eye control on Radar or your profile and turn off Show me on Radar. Radar works both ways: while hidden, you don’t see nearby people or their posts, and they don’t see yours.
Location comes from each person’s browser or phone. Nearby presence is based on that reported location; Zenlit can’t verify where someone physically is.
Share a photo from your day
Each post is one photo, with an optional caption and photo description. Posts appear on your profile and in the Feed of nearby members who can currently see you. Share photos you have the right to use, and ask permission before posting other people.
Start with an introduction
Your first message to someone is a request. Once they accept, you can chat. If they decline or stop replying, respect their choice and leave it there.
Block or report when you need to
Blocking hides you and the other person from each other on Zenlit. You can manage blocked accounts in Settings. Report a profile, post or message from its menu, or a conversation from its options.
You can also contact app.zenlit@gmail.com, including without an account. If you decide to meet someone, choose a busy public place and tell a friend where you’re going. Read the Community Guidelines for more.
Common questions
- Do I need to download an app?
- You can use the web version directly in your browser at app.zenlit.in.
- Does Radar show my exact location?
- Radar doesn’t display your coordinates or distance to other members. Being listed nearby can still suggest a rough area. The Privacy Notice explains how location is used and retained.
- Why can’t I see anyone nearby?
- You may be hidden, location permission may be off, or there may be no eligible, visible members nearby. Check your location permission and Show me on Radar setting; Radar can also explain if location is unavailable or temporarily paused.
- Who can see my profile and posts?
- Nearby members who can currently see you: you must both be visible on Radar and neither of you can have blocked the other.
- How can I get help?
- Use Help → Contact support in Zenlit, the Support form on the sign-in screen, or email app.zenlit@gmail.com.
